Our first restaurant! We’ve been using Pizza Borsalino since the very beginning in November 2018.
Pizza Borsalino is open for lunches from Tuesday to Saturday, we borrow the empty space on Friday & Saturday evenings and open TABIBITO-SHOKUDO.
An Italian restaurant which focuses on, frankly, delicious pizza, Pizza Borsalino is also pretty cool as it uses a Biomass-fuelled pizza oven to cook its pizzas. Keeping the inside of the oven at a hot 400C plus, and using biomass wooden pellets (made from left-over lumber from the forest industries, or from various parts of trees that can’t usually be used, like the bark) as fuel, its very environmentally friendly, and only takes 3-4 minutes to cook a pizza!
With a relaxed atmosphere, this casual restaurant is really close to Kuse Station, with a car park for anyone also driving our way.
